Closed the liveness NOT-MEASURED caveat (both 403 to curl). Rendered both:
- beehiiv.com/partners: native program live, up-to-60%, Apply->app.beehiiv.com/
partner_program; live FAQ references PayPal (contested vs Dub.co) -> dashboard wins.
- digitalocean.com/affiliates: 10%/12mo verbatim, 'Become an affiliate' CTA routes
to ui.awin.com/merchant-profile/123996 -> Awin confirmed from DO's own page.
Metadata only, no status flip - all 3 remain draft. Reversible: git revert.
