wear: fix Lincoln sock signature — flat/horizontal at the cuff, not rotated up the shin

Steve flagged the live front-page "Signature Socks" card: the signature was
rotated ~90° and ran vertically up the shin. Recomposited from the clean base
(crew-socks-white.jpg) with the signature flat and horizontal, small, at the
sock's cuff/ankle — matching how it sits on the tee's chest. Same source
asset (Wikimedia 1862 signature), no re-generation, $0 local. Reversible.
