iOS: capture Gallery App Store screenshot (6.9", release sim build) + submit PTY helper

Release simulator build of com.abrams.celebsignatures rendered clean; captured
the Gallery at 1320x2868 RGB (no alpha) = valid 6.9" App Store size. Remaining
3 tab screens blocked on macOS Accessibility tap-permission (cliclick dropped;
idb-companion no longer installable) — needs a one-toggle grant to finish.
