Native app over celebsignatures.com public JSON APIs (Gallery, Signature evolution, Game, Account) — not a website wrapper (Guideline 4.2). The only WebView is the physical-mural checkout: a PHYSICAL printed product (IAP-exempt, 3.1.1(a)); in-WebView navigation to any digital purchase is blocked. Account deletion is in-app (Account > Delete account), satisfying 5.1.1(v). The app performs no tracking (App Privacy = Data Not Collected) and shows no in-app ads.
