# April Mass-Archive — Remaining Restore Campaign Plan
_Built 2026-06-12 (overnight). Source: Kamatera `archive_alerts` ⋈ `shopify_products`, classification LIKE 'WRONG%', restored_at IS NULL, status=ARCHIVED._

## Done so far
- **Loop A** (Kravet-family @ vendor MAP): 2,102 restored, 0 failures — Clarke&Clarke, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig, GP&J Baker, Gaston, Mulberry, Threads, Kravet (sheet-matched only).
- **Loop B** (private-label @ existing price): in progress — Surface Stick, LEED Walls, British Walls, LA Walls, DW Home, PR Faux Leather, Retro Walls, Phillipe Romano.

## TIER 1 — READY NOW (private-label, restore at EXISTING price; just needs your OK)
Stranded by Loop B vendor-name mismatches (I used short names; DB has suffixes):
| DB vendor | WRONG_PRICED stranded | Note |
|---|---|---|
| DW Bespoke Studio | 861 | Loop B used "DW Bespoke" |
| PS Removable Wallpaper | 736 | Loop B used "PS Removable" |
| Malibu Wallpaper | 117 | Loop B used "Malibu" |
| **Total** | **~1,714** | clearly DW own-brand, no cost guess needed |
➡ Action on approval: `loopB2-finish.sh` runs `restore-vendor.js` for these 3 (queued after Loop B, no rate contention).

## TIER 2 — KRAVET-FAMILY UNMATCHED (need verification, not blind restore)
Lee Jofa 1622, Brunschwig 790, GP&J Baker 683, Clarke 331, Mulberry 153, Gaston 133 WRONG_PRICED remain — these did NOT match the current Kravet sheet. Either genuinely discontinued OR a SKU-normalization miss (trailing-suffix like the `.0` bug). Needs a sheet-match audit before restore. Do NOT restore at a guessed price.

## TIER 3 — EXTERNAL BRANDS (BLOCKED — need a verified cost source; do NOT guess)
Fentucci 2069+374, Scalamandre 10,176, Holly Hunt 1257, Osborne&Little 1101, Phillip Jeffries 583, Et Cie 461, Colefax 361, Armani Casa 226, Ralph Lauren 164, Thibaut 46, Missoni 52, Anna French 115, Sandberg 217, Graham&Brown 347, Ronald Redding 397, Paul Montgomery (several), IKSEL 86, Lincrusta 49…
- 7 have price-finder cost-maps (Romo, Thibaut, Osborne&Little, Designtex, Ralph Lauren, WallQuest, York Contract) → repricable, but needs a non-Kravet reprice path + your sign-off.
- The rest need a cost source first (memory: never guess external pricing).

## TIER 4 — WRONG_SAMPLE / DRIFT (separate handling, separate decision)
Hollywood Wallcoverings 1883, Phillipe Romano 4555, Thibaut 127, Anna French 55, Ralph Lauren 47… These were classified WRONG_SAMPLE (sample-variant issue), not WRONG_PRICED — the restore scripts don't touch them. Needs its own review of what "wrong sample" means before reactivating.

## Recommended next sequence (each gated on your OK)
1. **Tier 1** — approve → ~1,714 DW private-label back at existing price (zero pricing risk).
2. **Tier 2 audit** — re-run sheet-match with suffix-normalization; restore true matches at MAP, leave real disco archived.
3. **Tier 3** — decide per-vendor cost sourcing (GDrive contracts first) before any reprice.
4. **Tier 4** — define WRONG_SAMPLE remediation policy.
