+## Verdict
+
+PARTIAL. The three public routes rendered with HTTP 200 in both Chromium and WebKit. Chromium had no captured console/page errors. WebKit rendered the routes but reported repeated localhost fetch/CORS/RSC fallback errors during client navigation. Browserbase was skipped because a cloud browser cannot reach loopback `127.0.0.1:7400`.

+These may be caused by the loopback target and WebKit origin handling in this test environment; they are still recorded as a Safari UX risk and require verification from a normal Safari window or a reachable HTTPS staging URL.

+## Chrome-vs-Safari mismatches

+Safari produced client-side fetch/RSC errors that Chromium did not. Both engines returned 200 for all three document navigations. No code was changed during this test.
