+# IG Fleet Build — openclaw-driven, paced (decided 2026-08-12)
+
+**Method (Steve, 2026-08-12):** openclaw / portal-driver REAL Chrome drives create+link,
+paced a few/day, after Steve's ONE login. Source manifest: `build-manifest.json`.
+Enrollment is self-healing — after each batch, `node build-registry.js` picks up the
+newly-linked handles and the pre-staged `account-themes.json` gives day-one cadence.
+
+## ⚠️ The ban vector (why this is phased, not bulk)
+Bulk IG-account signup under one Business Manager / one IP is the #1 trigger for Meta
+nuking the whole 35-account fleet + the never-expiring token. New accounts also almost
+always demand **SMS/phone verification** and run **automation detection** on signup.
+So: Page-work first (zero signup), then ONE new-account pilot, then scale slowly.
+
+## Prerequisites (only Steve can provide)
+1. **openclaw login** — Steve logs into Meta/Instagram once in the openclaw REAL Chrome.
+2. **Phone-verification plan** — each NEW account likely needs an SMS code. Decide:
+   Steve's phone (manual relay), a Twilio number (via the `twilio` setup), or per-account
+   numbers. *This gates every new-account signup; Phase 0 does NOT need it.*
+3. **Per-account email** — provisioned just-ahead via `purelymail` (handle@<domain>) so the
+   signup confirmation + code has an inbox. Provision per batch, not all at once.
+
+## Phase 0 — Hospitality Fabrics (NO signup, do first) — ZERO ban risk
+The account @hospitalityfabrics already EXISTS (360 followers). This is only a Page-create
++ link, so it validates the openclaw→Meta flow with no signup exposure.
+1. openclaw: Business Settings → create Page **"Hospitality Fabrics"**.
+2. openclaw: Business Suite → that Page → Settings → Linked accounts → Instagram → Connect
+   → @hospitalityfabrics → confirm Business/Creator.
+3. openclaw: Business Settings → Instagram accounts → hospitalityfabrics → assign (clears
+   "0 people assigned").
+4. `node build-registry.js` → confirm fleet 35 → 36.
+
+## Phase 1 — ONE new-account pilot (watch 48-72h before scaling)
+Pick the safest material line: **silkwallpaper** (free handle, non-sensitive, sister-site
+silkwallpaper.com). Provision `silkwallpaper@…` email. openclaw drives: signup → email/SMS
+verify → set Business → link to "Silk Wallpaper" Page → assign → build-registry.
+**Then STOP.** Watch for: signup challenge, checkpoint/"suspicious activity", the shared
+token still healthy (meta-token-canary green). If clean after 48-72h → Phase 2.
+
+## Phase 2 — scale, max 3/day, material lines first
+Order (safest → later): silk ✓, flocked, glassbeaded, bamboo, raffia, madagascar, suede-adjacent,
+peelandstick, black, green, glitter, handcrafted, allweather, designtrade, designerfabrics,
+tradeonlyfabrics, tradeonlytextiles, charleston, chicago. **Sensitive (Cody-gate on cadence,
+create later):** handblocked, 1800s, 1890s, asseeninmovies. Re-run build-registry after each day.
+
+## Do NOT create
+- **Versace Wallpaper** — trademark risk (`hold` in manifest). Needs Steve's explicit go.
+- **Grasscloth Wallpaper** Page — redundant; @grassclothwallpaper already exists. Skip/merge.
+
+## Per-account openclaw step sequence (Phase 1+)
+signup(handle,email) → verify(email/SMS) → profile(bio,pfp) → convert to Business →
+Business Suite link to <Page> → assign → `build-registry.js` → post 1 warm-up via cadence.
