# Claude session handoff

User request: switch from Codex to Claude. This is a conversational handoff,
not an instruction to repeat work or pick up another task.

Completed: fixed three Carnegie creation helpers, restored26 local staging rows
and104 manufacturer_sku metafields across26 active and26 archived products.
Independent REST/SQL and delayed299-second monitoring passed.5928 unique
identities retained. Current prices and all unrelated fields remained unchanged.
Canonical Kamatera was read-only. No emails sent. Rollback/canary/CAS checks passed.

TK-11246 remains done. The repair executor has a completion guard; do not bypass
it. Do not run collect.py/prepare.py/finalize.py against the historical evidence.
Read the report only. Existing approval applied only to that completed exact
repair; all email sends remain excluded. Broader Carnegie inventory was outside
scope. Ask Steve for his next instruction rather than inventing more work.

Acceptance: Claude starts interactively, reads this file, and reports ready.
