Applied the safe round-2 fixes and wrote [CHANGES2.md](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/Designer-Wallcoverings/CHANGES2.md).

Changed [brand-router/create-vendor-collections.js](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/Designer-Wallcoverings/brand-router/create-vendor-collections.js:24) to use `BRAND_ROUTER_SHOPIFY_TOKEN` and `BRAND_ROUTER_PASSWORD`, removed the remaining hardcoded regenerate auth, and made a 401 from `/api/regenerate-html` fatal before pushing HTML.

Per constraints, I did not run tests, installs, or git commands.
