Implemented the safe round-2 fixes and wrote `CHANGES2.md`.

Changed:
- Moved Ralph Gemini key validation into the Gemini-only path so default Ollama runs work without Gemini env vars.
- Added 400 invalid-JSON guards to the five missed POST routes.
- Added `CHANGES2.md` with applied fixes and deferred items.

Per your constraints, I did not run git, installs, or tests.
