No source edits were applied because the review only contained `.env` secret exposure and missing architecture/auth implementation issues, none of which matched the allowed autonomous safe-fix list. I left `.env` untouched and documented the P0/P1 deferrals for Steve.

Per instruction, I did not run tests, install packages, or touch git.
