No source-code fixes were applied because this repo currently has no app source, and the reviewed P0/P1 items either involve real secret rotation, ownership/architecture decisions, or changes outside the approved safe-fix list. `.env` was left untouched as instructed.

Tests were not run, packages were not installed, and git was not touched.
