Read `CODEX_REVIEW.md` and walked the P0/P1 items.

No source fixes were applied because none of the reviewed P0/P1 issues matched the allowed autonomous safe-fix categories. The items require auth policy, schema/migrations, operational behavior changes, or public-facing rendering behavior, so I deferred them.

I added [CHANGES.md](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/professional-directory/CHANGES.md) with:
- `## Applied`: none
- `## Deferred (needs Steve)`: each P0/P1 item and why it was deferred

Per instructions, I did not run tests, install packages, or touch git.
