Updated `server.py` exactly in the proposed areas: the import-time Spoonflower env validation is now `missing_spoonflower_env()`, and `/api/upload-to-spoonflower` plus `/api/spoonflower` now return a 500 JSON error when required Spoonflower credentials are missing. I did not run tests, install packages, or touch git.
