Applied the safe round-2 fix only.

Changed [server.js](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/visual-factory/server.js:5) and [server.js](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/visual-factory/server.js:224) so `/health/deep` now requires executable permission via `X_OK` and skips directories for `CLAUDE_CLI` lookup.

Wrote [CHANGES2.md](/Users/stevestudio2/Projects/visual-factory/CHANGES2.md:1) with the applied item and deferred list. Ran `node --check server.js`; no syntax errors. No git, installs, or tests run.
