Consolidate everything into ONE tabbed Agent window (links OK again)

Per Steve: link-out is fine, but put it all in one window with tabs. So the agent modal is now
a single per-listing window with 5 tabs:
- Agent — editable name/phone/email (tel:/mailto: restored), Notes, Mark contacted
- Letters — compose + Save letter + Send via George (Gmail draft) + letter log
- Find — all external lookups in one place: firm/agent Google + LinkedIn, DRE, View source
listing, LoopNet (target=_blank, link-out OK); plus in-app 'More from this firm'
- Comps — inline Live comps
- History — inline Property history
- Row-click (and the ⧉ cell icon / ✎ Open buttons) now open this ONE window instead of a separate
inline row panel — dropped the .lexp expansion entirely.
- Moved Live comps / Property history out of the card into the window (kills duplicate #lc-/#hist-
ids). repaintModal preserves the active tab across mark/letter/send saves.
Verified headless: row->tabbed window, 5 tabs switch, Save-info stays on Agent, Save-letter keeps
Letters tab + shows the letter, Find has 8 external links, 0 errors.
