+
+**The brief's "no GA4 property" finding was WRONG.** Corrected facts:
+
+- Property **294178030** "Designer Wallcoverings - GA4" exists under account **15714274** (DesignerWallcoverings.com); web stream 3058275402, measurement ID **G-53F1QBZSG0**, uri designerwallcoverings.com.
+- gtag was ALREADY installed in `layout/theme.liquid` (head, above meta charset) and tracking: last 7 days = 15,705 sessions / 14,271 users / **$6,877.03 purchase revenue**.
+- **Consent Mode v2 installed 2026-07-27** (this close-out): region-scoped defaults — analytics_storage granted globally EXCEPT denied in EEA+UK+CH (wait_for_update 500ms); ad_storage/ad_user_data/ad_personalization denied globally (DW runs no ads). Rationale: blanket default-denied with no CMP banner would kill ~all US measurement for zero legal benefit; region-scoping is Google's documented pattern. Backup: `docs/ga4/theme.liquid.LIVE-BACKUP-*`.
+- **Open item:** a second tag `G-VK09SZ1ZFW` fires with `is_legacy_loaded:true` (likely the Shopify Google & YouTube channel auto-tag) — two GA4 streams double-measure; consolidate or document which is canonical.
