+Prepared 2026-07-26 under **TK-17** per the approved work-orders memo (vp-dw-commerce
+guardrails carried in). **No writes have been made.** Steve rules each line; "GO"
+lines then enter Phase 1 (cost sourcing) → Phase 2 (canary variant creation,
+PG-mirror-first → Shopify, ~20-SKU canary, 1k/day cap, ≥90s batch gap).

+Ralph Lauren 1 = 19 SKUs): **GO at MAP = WHLS × 1.5 only** — `kravet_catalog` already
+holds 8,221 priced rows to draw from. Never the /0.65/0.85 formula (MAP enforcement).

+## Net effect if adopted as recommended
+- **GO now:** Phillipe Romano (3,521) — canary line, wave 1.
+- **GO once cost confirms:** Coordonné, Hollywood, Rebel Walls, Scalamandre, AS Creation,
+  DG/O&L/Nina Campbell + 19 Kravet-family ≈ **5,700**.
+- **QUOTE (tag `quotes`, exits backlog honestly):** PJ, Koroseal, China Seas, Maya Romanoff,
+  Newmor, Quadrille, Alan Campbell, Architectural Fabrics, Wolf Gordon ≈ **9,000** —
+  a lightweight tag write that cures the "dead-end buy box" UX finding without pricing risk.
