Trade program

Maison du Soir operates with precision, curating only what aligns with the contract niche. This program is not for the indecisive. It is for those who demand specificity, who require materials that function without compromise. The Designer Wallcoverings parent house, established in 1996, provides the infrastructure, depth, and accountability that define this atelier’s approach. No embellishment. No deviation. Only what works.

Who Qualifies

Eligibility is restricted to designers, architects, and contractors actively engaged in the contract sector. This includes but is not limited to professionals involved in commercial, institutional, or hospitality projects. Applications are reviewed for alignment with the atelier’s focus. Those who submit speculative or non-contract inquiries are excluded. No exceptions.

Memo Samples

Requests for memo samples are processed through a streamlined system. Each sample includes a single swatch, a technical data sheet, and a statement of compliance. Samples are dispatched within 72 hours of approval. There is no charge for samples. Replacements are issued upon request, with no additional cost. No sample is sent without explicit confirmation of intent.

Lead Times

Lead times for standard products are 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom-print requests require an additional 2–3 weeks. Expedited production is not available. All timelines are fixed and communicated at the point of order. Delays are not accommodated. Precision is non-negotiable.

Terms

All orders are invoiced upon shipment, with payment due within 30 days of receipt. NET-30 terms apply to all accounts. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Invoices are sent via email, with no paper correspondence. Disputes are resolved through direct communication, not through intermediaries.

Custom-Print Availability

Custom-print options are available for qualified clients. Requests must include a high-resolution file, a detailed specification sheet, and a signed agreement. Custom prints are produced in limited quantities and are non-returnable. No alterations are permitted after production approval. The atelier reserves the right to decline any request without explanation.

Designer Wallcoverings Relationship

Maison du Soir exists within the framework of Designer Wallcoverings, a family business since 1996. This relationship ensures access to an extensive inventory, real-world samples, and direct human oversight. The parent house does not dictate aesthetics or direction. Instead, it provides the tools, infrastructure, and accountability required to maintain the atelier’s focus on contract. No compromise. No dilution. Only what is necessary.
