          <p className="mb-4">
            This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (the "User") and SAND LLC ("Company"), 
            the owner and operator of the Bubbe.ai digital platform. By accessing or using the Bubbe.ai platform ("Bubbe.ai" 
            or the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this 
            Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Bubbe.ai.
          </p>

          <p className="mb-4">
            <strong>Definitions:</strong> For purposes of this Agreement, "Bubbe.ai" or the "Platform" refers to the Company's 
            digital AI platform and services. "User" or "you" means the individual or entity accessing the Platform. The 
            "Company", "we", or "us" refers to SAND LLC and its affiliates.
          </p>

          <h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-6 mb-4">1. Data Usage</h2>
          
          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Collection of User Data</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            You understand and agree that Bubbe.ai collects and retains all data from your interactions with the Platform. 
            This includes, without limitation, the content of your communications, prompts, responses, feedback, and any 
            other information or metadata generated through your use of Bubbe.ai. Every message you send or receive, and 
            any other engagement with the Platform, may be recorded and stored by the Company.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Use of Collected Data</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            You hereby consent to the Company's use of all collected data for any purpose related to the operation and 
            improvement of Bubbe.ai. This includes, but is not limited to, improving system performance, conducting analytics 
            on usage patterns, and training or refining the Platform's artificial intelligence models. There is no limitation 
            on the scope of how the Company may utilize this data for such purposes. By using Bubbe.ai, you grant the Company 
            a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, and analyze your interaction data in any 
            manner needed to enhance the service. You acknowledge that no compensation will be owed to you for the use of data 
            or content you provide, and that the Company may continue to use this data even if you cease using the Platform 
            (subject to the Shush Mode exception described below).
          </p>

          <h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-6 mb-4">2. Liability Disclaimer</h2>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">"As-Is" Service & No Warranties</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            Bubbe.ai is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SAND LLC makes no representations or warranties 
            of any kind, express or implied, about the Platform. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted 
            by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, 
            non-infringement, and any warranty that the Platform or its content will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, 
            virus-free, or error-free. The Company does not guarantee that Bubbe.ai will meet your requirements or expectations, 
            or that any results or advice obtained through the Platform will be correct or reliable. You use the Platform 
            entirely at your own risk.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">AI Content and User Responsibility</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            You acknowledge that Bubbe.ai is an AI-based system and that its responses or content may occasionally be incorrect, 
            misleading, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. The Company does not warrant or ensure the quality, accuracy, or 
            appropriateness of any information or material generated by the Platform. You are solely responsible for how you use 
            and interpret Bubbe.ai's outputs. This Platform is not a substitute for professional advice (including but not limited 
            to legal, medical, financial, or other professional guidance), and you should exercise your own judgment and discretion, 
            and seek independent professional advice where appropriate, rather than relying solely on AI-generated content.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Limitation of Liability</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAND LLC (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and 
            affiliates) shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of 
            (or inability to use) Bubbe.ai. This exclusion of liability applies to all forms of damages or injury, whether 
            direct or indirect, in contract or tort or otherwise, including but not limited to any of the following:
          </p>

          <ul className="list-disc ml-6 mb-4">
            <li className="mb-2">
              <strong>Consequential, Incidental, or Special Damages:</strong> Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, 
              exemplary, or punitive damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This 
              includes any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial or personal losses arising 
              from your use of Bubbe.ai.
            </li>
            <li className="mb-2">
              <strong>Errors or Inaccuracies:</strong> Any harm or damage resulting from errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or 
              mistakes in any content provided by Bubbe.ai. The Company is not liable for any incorrect or incomplete information 
              that the Platform may present.
            </li>
            <li className="mb-2">
              <strong>Offensive or Harmful Content:</strong> Any offensive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or otherwise 
              objectionable content that you may encounter through your use of Bubbe.ai. The Platform's AI-generated responses 
              might occasionally produce content that some users find offensive or harmful; the Company disclaims liability for 
              any distress or damage resulting from exposure to such content.
            </li>
            <li className="mb-2">
              <strong>Reliance on AI-Generated Advice:</strong> Any outcome, consequence, or damage resulting from actions you 
              take (or fail to take) in reliance on information or advice obtained from Bubbe.ai. This includes any decisions 
              you make or conclusions you draw based on the Platform's output. SAND LLC is not responsible for any consequences 
              of your reliance on AI-generated responses, whether those consequences are personal, legal, financial, 
              health-related, or otherwise.
            </li>
          </ul>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">No Liability for Outcomes</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            In summary, SAND LLC shall not be liable for any outcome or consequence, of any nature, arising from your use of 
            Bubbe.ai. You assume full responsibility for any results obtained from the Platform and for any decisions made or 
            actions taken based on those results. You agree that you use Bubbe.ai entirely at your own discretion and risk, 
            and you waive any right to seek damages or other relief from SAND LLC for any harm or claims arising out of your 
            use of the Platform. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, 
            warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not SAND LLC 
            has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
          </p>

          <h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-6 mb-4">3. Termination of Use</h2>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">User Termination Rights</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            You may stop using Bubbe.ai at any time, for any reason or no reason. There are no long-term obligations or 
            commitments required to use the Platform, and you are free to discontinue use whenever you choose. You do not 
            need to inform the Company when you decide to stop using the service; simply ceasing to access Bubbe.ai will 
            be considered a termination of this Agreement by you.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Effect of Termination – Data Loss</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            If you terminate your use of Bubbe.ai (whether by deleting your account, if applicable, or simply by discontinuing 
            use of the Platform), you understand and agree that you will lose access to all data you previously stored or 
            generated on the Platform. In other words, termination or cessation of use will result in the loss of all your 
            stored sessions, conversation histories, or other user data associated with Bubbe.ai. The Company may delete or 
            erase any data associated with you once you stop using the Platform, and the Company is not liable for preserving 
            or providing copies of any data after your use ends. You are solely responsible for exporting or saving any 
            information you wish to retain prior to terminating use of the Platform.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Company Termination Rights</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            SAND LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bubbe.ai (in whole or in part) at its discretion, 
            at any time and without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement, violated applicable law, 
            misused the Platform, or for any other reason. In the event that SAND LLC terminates or suspends your access, your 
            rights under this Agreement will immediately cease. The Company may, in such case, deactivate or delete your account 
            and remove or discard any content or data associated with your use of Bubbe.ai, in accordance with our data retention 
            policies and applicable law. SAND LLC shall not be liable to you for any termination of your access or for the 
            deletion of your data as a result of your violation or discontinuation of service.
          </p>

          <h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-6 mb-4">4. Session Storage (Default Data Retention)</h2>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Default Session Recording</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            By default, Bubbe.ai automatically saves and stores all user session data. Each time you interact with the Platform 
            (for example, each conversation or chat session), the content of that session – including your queries, the AI's 
            responses, and any other related interaction data – is recorded and retained on the Platform's servers. This default 
            session storage is intended to enhance your user experience (such as enabling you to review past conversations) and 
            to allow the Company to use session data for the purposes described in the Data Usage section above (e.g. system 
            improvements and analytics).
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">User Acknowledgment</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            By using Bubbe.ai without modifying your settings, you acknowledge and agree that your sessions will be stored by 
            the Company. All session transcripts and related data will remain available to the Company and may be associated 
            with your user account (if you have created one) or otherwise linked to your usage of the Platform. Unless you 
            take action to disable session storage (see "Shush Mode" below), every interaction you have with Bubbe.ai will 
            be saved under this default policy. The Company may, at its discretion, retain these session records for as long 
            as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement, subject to applicable laws and the Platform's privacy 
            policies. Standard data handling procedures (such as data encryption and access controls) will be used to protect 
            stored sessions, but no storage system is perfectly secure, and the Company is not liable for any unauthorized 
            access to or loss of session data (subject to applicable data protection laws).
          </p>

          <h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-6 mb-4">5. Shush Mode (Opt-Out of Session Storage)</h2>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Feature Description</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            Shush Mode is an optional privacy feature provided by Bubbe.ai that allows you to opt out of session storage for 
            a particular chat or interaction. When Shush Mode is active, the Platform will not save or retain the content of 
            that current session. This means that any messages you send or receive while Shush Mode is enabled will not be 
            recorded in Bubbe.ai's system logs or history, and once the session ends, that conversation data will be 
            irretrievable by either you or the Company.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">How to Activate Shush Mode</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            You can enable Shush Mode at any time by selecting the "Shush Mode" option from the User Dropdown menu (located 
            in the top right corner of the Bubbe.ai interface). Activation is user-initiated and must be done for each session 
            in which you desire privacy. Once Shush Mode is toggled on, Bubbe.ai will immediately cease recording the ongoing 
            conversation. Upon activation, the Platform will provide a clear confirmation that Shush Mode is engaged – for 
            example, Bubbe.ai may display a message or indicator stating that "Shush Mode is ON" or otherwise explicitly 
            confirming that the current session is not being saved. If you do not see a confirmation, you should assume the 
            session is still being recorded and verify that Shush Mode is properly enabled.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Scope and Limitations</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            Shush Mode applies only to the session in which it is activated. Each new session with Bubbe.ai will, by default, 
            revert to normal (recorded) mode unless you activate Shush Mode again. It is your responsibility to enable Shush 
            Mode at the start of each session where you do not want the content stored. Enabling Shush Mode does not 
            retroactively delete or hide past stored sessions; it only prevents storage of the live session after activation. 
            Furthermore, when Shush Mode is active, the Company will not use the content of that session for analytics or 
            training purposes (because the content is not stored at all). However, any data from sessions where Shush Mode 
            was not enabled will remain stored and subject to use under this Agreement. The Company provides Shush Mode as a 
            convenience to protect your privacy for individual sessions, but makes no guarantees regarding the absolute 
            confidentiality of your interactions; for example, if you share content from a Shush Mode session with others or 
            if a technical issue fails to honor the Shush Mode setting, the Company shall not be liable for any resulting 
            disclosure. The confirmation provided by Bubbe.ai when Shush Mode is activated is your indication that the feature 
            is functioning for that session. If at any point you wish to return to normal mode (with session storage re-enabled), 
            you may simply disable Shush Mode or start a new session without turning Shush Mode on.
          </p>

          <h3 className="text-xl font-semibold mb-2">Confirmation of Shush Mode Status</h3>
          <p className="mb-4">
            For clarity, whenever Shush Mode is activated, Bubbe.ai will explicitly confirm this status to you, typically by 
            generating a visible message or indicator in the chat interface (e.g., "Shush Mode is now enabled for this session"). 
            This confirmation serves to notify you that the current conversation is private and will not be saved. If you do not 
            receive a confirmation message after attempting to enable Shush Mode, you should assume that the session is not in 
            Shush Mode and that it will be stored under the default policy. Always check for the confirmation notification to 
            ensure that Shush Mode is active when you intend to have an unrecorded session.
          </p>
