TK-11239: remove erroneous 'Showroom Line' tag from 1005 Architectural Fabrics (live+mirror), keep 'quotes'

Steve: not showroom -> drop the wrong tag. 'Architectural Fabrics' is NOT on the
canonical showroom-vendors list (only Phillip Jeffries). Removed 'Showroom Line'
from all 1005 ACTIVE recent products via tagsRemove (0 err); mirror tags synced.
HELD 'quotes': all 1005 are sample-only (0 real price / 0 inventory) — dropping
quotes would create a $4.25 buyable sample-leak (GMC/canary risk) until real
Vahallan/Architectural wholesale pricing + a sellable variant are loaded.
Reversible: restore-map-tags.jsonl + tags-rollback.mjs. $0 paid-API.
