Logos: tighten matcher + validate fingerprints (DTD-A verdict)

Executes the unanimous DTD verdict to fix logo-data quality before building on it.
- build_vendor_logos.py: require the file to BE a logo (name/alt) + anchored keymatch
  + MIN_CONF 0.7; 26->19 candidate matches (drops loose cross-matches).
- build_logo_fingerprints.py: VALIDATE each logo against its own VLM read-back —
  reject any whose logo_reads isn't this vendor (whole-word: containment OR >=2 shared
  significant words, single-word vendors on exact). Caught Versace->Savannah,
  Hollywood->'The Hollywood Reporter', Mid Century->'20th Century Fox', Telefina.
  Result: 20 trusted logos, 6 rejected (logo_url stripped so nothing downstream trusts them).
Start of overnight officer-yolo run; ledger in OVERNIGHT_LEDGER.md. $0 (local + Shopify read).
