- **Running state at retirement:** not running (pm2 + lsof clean; no launchd/cron/code caller).
- **Reason:** Dormant showroom app (last touched 2026-05-30, port 7685). grep hits were the theme asset dw-showroom-hide.js, a different thing.
- **Scope:** banner only — no code deleted, no `.env` touched, nothing `rm`'d.
- **Undo:** `git revert <this commit>` in this repo.
