# TK-11041 — the one paragraph the Innovations draft is still missing

**Target draft:** `draftId=r-5469570474427181957` (account `info`, to `hmartinez@innovationsusa.com`,
subject "Current trade price list request", created 2026-09-10 11:58, `agent_composed=false`).

That draft is **clean** — no provenance banner, no DW/private-label codes or names, signature has a
title and company. It supersedes the Sep-4 agent draft (`r-1766618972989872280`), which is gone;
there is exactly one Innovations draft and no duplicate.

**What it is still missing:** DTD verdict B (2026-09-10) required the letter to *name Whistler
explicitly and ask about closeout*. It does not. Without that sentence the letter asks only for the
full line sheet — and per Cody's objection a trade line sheet lists CURRENT skus and does not
reliably annotate discontinued ones, so Whistler's absence from the reply would be a **second
inference** (discontinued? renamed? not in this edition?) and Decision 2 stays unanswerable even
after the vendor responds.

**Why this wording:** it names only the *vendor's own* pattern name (never our "La Orvito"), and it
closes all three of Cody's branches in one sentence — discontinued, renamed, or simply absent from
this edition — converting the inference the panel objected to into a direct answer.

**Scope reminder:** the letter is now needed for **net price on 39 items only**. Identity, colorways,
specs and images for all 51 are recovered and in `innovations_catalog` — including the 12 Whistler
rows, whose full spec block was recovered from the 2025-10-17 archive snapshot.
