stop tracking 15 bloat files: GRD room-renders + carnegie-seafoam snapshot (TK-11126 / DW-git-bloat memo)

Layer 1 forward-fix: extend .gitignore with onboarding/graduate-new-2026/images/ and
carnegie-*-images-{RESTORE,RESULT}-*.json patterns. git rm --cached removes 14 PNG/JPG
room-renders (avg 3-4 MB each, committed by auto-data-snapshot since 2026-08-27) and 1
carnegie-seafoam JSON from the index; working files stay on disk (regenerable).
Reversible: git revert this commit. 4am loop, auto-execute tier (reversible, local, ≤500 items).
