TK-11449: post-dedup read-only measurement of the tobacco-16 and price_mismatch residuals

16/16 tobacco offers still exist in MC and still carry tobacco_policy_violation;
none moved since 2026-08-22 so today's dedup has not propagated. 8 of 16 now
ARCHIVED on Shopify. 60 of the 67 archived products still carry a live Google
offer and 48 are approved and serving. price_mismatch count stable at 10 but
membership churned (Batik/Glambeads out, Maizan/Sufera in).
