+This file is the single source of truth for the 1.0 App Store listing. Each field below is a
+copy-paste block sized to Apple's character limits. Char counts are shown for every

+## App Privacy questionnaire answer
+
+The app requires **no account** and has **no analytics or tracking SDKs**. Saved homes and the
+alert preference are stored **only on the device** (AsyncStorage). The push token, if the user
+opts in, is generated on-device and is **not yet transmitted to any server** (backend delivery
+is a future step). Location, when granted, is used **only** to center the map on the device and
+is never collected or sent off the phone.
+

+- Data collection: **None** — the app collects no data from this app.
+- Tracking: **No** — no tracking, no third-party ad/analytics SDKs, no IDFA.

+Homes on Spec is a native iOS app for browsing new-construction / spec homes.
+
+- It is a NATIVE SHELL over homesonspec.com content, not a plain WebView wrapper. Three of the four tabs are fully native:
+  • Map — native MapKit (react-native-maps) rendering the live homes dataset, color-coded by construction status, with clustering for dense areas.
+  • Saved — native on-device favorites list (AsyncStorage); no login required.
+  • Alerts — native push opt-in screen (preference stored on device).
+  • Browse — displays homesonspec.com listings with native loading, error/retry, and a native "Save this Home" action layered on top.
+
+- NO LOGIN is required anywhere. There is no account system and no test credentials are needed — just launch and use.
+
+- Location permission is optional; the app works fully without it. If granted, it only centers the map. Decline the prompt and everything still works.
