+# Homes on Spec — Real-Device Screenshot Capture (TestFlight)
+
+The simulator can't run the app (silent Release-mount hang), so capture on a **real iPhone**.
+Build **#2 is VALID + live in TestFlight** now (internal group "Team (Expo)", export-compliance done).
+
+## 1. Install (2 min)
+1. On your iPhone, open **TestFlight** (App Store it if you don't have it).
+2. It should show **Homes on Spec** (you're on the internal "Team (Expo)" group). Tap **INSTALL**.
+3. Open the app once — it runs with **real Apple Maps + live data** (no sim hang).
+
+## 2. Capture the 6 shots
+Best on a **6.9" iPhone** (15/16/17 Pro Max) → screenshots are exactly **1320×2868** = the mandatory App Store size, zero scaling.
+Take a screenshot = **Side button + Volume Up**. They land in Photos.

+## 3. Send them to me → I finish
+AirDrop the 6 PNGs to this Mac (any folder — e.g. `~/Desktop/hos-shots/`), then tell me the folder.
+I run `scripts/caption-shot.py` on each → drop **submission-ready, branded PNGs** into `apps/mobile/screenshots/`.
+(Status bar won't say 9:41 on a real device — that's fine, Apple accepts real-device screenshots as-is.)
+
+## 4. Then: portal-driver submits
+With screenshots done, the last step is the ASC console (your one Apple login):
+attach build #2 → upload these 6 → paste metadata (`ASC-METADATA.md` + `APP-STORE-LISTING.md`) → **Submit for Review**.
+I drive the clicking via portal-driver after you log in.
