polish: editorial hero, 'How matches work' 3-step block, sharper meta

- Hero h1 becomes 2-line editorial: 'Who carries what,' + italic gold accent
line 'where, and for which brand standard.' (replaces template tagline)
- New .how-matches section with 01/02/03 steps explaining (a) territory
coverage logic, (b) segment/line narrowing, (c) direct-contact (no broker)
— replaces the generic SEO block
- title + meta description rewritten domain-specific (was template-flat)
- hero-readability-auditor: PASS desktop+mobile (APCA Lc=101.5/101.3 vs 75)
