The .ns-modal / .ns-action / .ns-actions / .ico / .txt CSS was never
propagated to this site — only the script functions (nsContactOpen /
nsContactClose) and a few helpers were. Result on prod: the modal
markup rendered inline at the top of the page with default-blue
underlined links, raw emoji squiggles for icons, no styling. Steve
flagged it as 'yuk'.

Fix: add the missing CSS block (display:none default, .show overlay,
card layout, .ns-action row styling, light + dark theme variants) AND
re-add the missing modal HTML block so the local file matches prod.
Next deploy will push both.
