# imageless-rescue

Rescue the 49 drafted imageless DW products (list:
`~/.claude/yolo-queue/pending-approval/imageless-active-20260616-2321.json`).

Source-of-truth note: the local `dw_unified` mirror (`shopify_products`) was
STALE (frozen ~2026-06-16). The authoritative state is LIVE Shopify, fetched
via the Admin API. `data/live_state.json` holds the true per-product status.

## Findings (2026-06-20)
- **37 of 49 already fixed** (active + imaged) since the snapshot — Anna French
  23, Versace 9, Gaston 3, LA Walls 2. No action needed.
- **1 imaged this session** — Scalamandre "Parlor Velvet Pillow Lumbar 14X22
  Nougat" (draft, null mfr_sku). Attached the exact lumbar+colorway match from
  `scalamandre_pillows` (`SCLBDK273240001`, scene7) → Shopify ingested 1200x954.
  Stayed DRAFT (gate respected).
- **11 still draft + imageless** — no good local image; all already tagged
  `Needs-Image`. Need a vendor crawl (see per-vendor plan in the session report).

## Files
- `data/load_items.sql` — loads the 49 into a temp table (generated from JSON).
- `data/source.sql` — per-item vendor-catalog image sourcing query.
- `data/live_state.json` — TRUE live Shopify status (status + image count) per id.
- `data/status-table.json` — final per-product status + resolution, grouped.

## Gates honored
- Image SOURCING + ATTACHING to DRAFTs = SAFE (done directly).
- NO active flip, NO dw_unified write (mirror is read-only).
- Republish of the now-imaged Scalamandre draft = GATED → officer memo.
