+I'm following up on Case **CAS-11523819** (filed July 21), which has not yet received a decision.
+
+We are trying to enable the **Community Management API** (`w_organization_social`) on our app **"DW Marketing – Community"** (App ID **257140099**, Client ID **86z1h5ic86lw65**), which is company-verified to our own LinkedIn Page, **Designer Wallcoverings** (organization id **3090253**).
+
+The blocker is a chicken-and-egg in the developer portal: LinkedIn auto-provisions three default products onto every new app — **Share on LinkedIn**, **Sign In with LinkedIn (OpenID Connect)**, and **Verified on LinkedIn** — and the Products tab exposes **no control to remove them**. Because Community Management API "requires that it be the only product on the application," its **Request access** button is permanently greyed with the tooltip: *"This product cannot be requested because there are currently other provisioned products or other pending product requests."* Creating an additional new app does not help — it receives the same auto-provisioned defaults.

+1. **Remove the auto-provisioned default products** from app 257140099 so we can select Request access for the Community Management API, **or**
+2. **Grant Community Management API (Development tier) directly** to app 257140099.

+**Use case (single-tenant, owned-Page, organic only):** Designer Wallcoverings is a luxury wallcovering and interior-design retailer. We will use the Community Management API **solely to publish our own first-party organic content** (new product launches, design collections, editorial imagery) **to our own Designer Wallcoverings Company Page** for the interior-design and architecture trade audience that follows us. The integration posts **only** to the single Company Page we own and administer. We do not manage, moderate, or post to any third-party Pages, we do not read or aggregate other organizations' content, and we do not offer this as a service to other businesses.
