# TK-10670 — approve one reply to Jill for Newmor quote terms

## Current evidence and superseded instructions

Jill replied **September 4, 2026 at 10:37:04 PDT**, message `1a06d7ee1b5557dc`,
thread `1a0691afe4c69d0d` in `info`.
She no longer sends price sheets; she offers quotes, says the previous price covers most
non-digital patterns, and limits the discount to orders where DW is the specifier.

This supersedes the older memo's **wait-for-first-reply**, **send-price-list-request**, and
**blanket vendor_discount_pct 0 -> 15** actions. Do not execute those instructions. The cut-charge
and absent-colorway questions remain open. A majority-of-patterns statement is not SKU pricing approval.

Hi Jill,

Thanks — understood on quotes, and that the discount depends on us being the specifier.

Could you confirm how you determine specifier eligibility for orders placed through our website,
and quote KOTA Silk KOT-23 and KOT-24 at a full bolt and below a full bolt? Please show the
applicable list price, discount, net per yard, minimum order and all cut charges separately,
including the terms when the product was specified elsewhere.

We have seen both $5/yard and $3/yard cut charges on prior quotes. Please confirm when each
applies and whether either is already included in the quoted amount.

I've attached our Newmor colorway worksheet. Could you mark which codes are current and flag
the patterns that differ from the KOTA/PIAZZA pricing? The 180 codes we couldn't find on the
public site are marked for confirmation. If quoting the whole sheet is too much at once,
the two KOTA codes above will give us a starting point. We understand digitals need dimensions.
