from a real usre recent_commercial_deals row to prove the RENTV-template->deal-data path
(compliance-clean, 0 re-hosted images, link-out only, Frank loan angle). Register it back
into flyer-index.json. Fix gross-vs-dedup candidate count (usre/CRCP closed-deal overlap).
