Trade program

this is for those who work with materials that have a history. we are not here to make statements. we are here to provide what has already been made, carefully selected, and ready to be used again.

who qualifies

we work with designers, architects, and contractors who prioritize materiality over trend. this includes those who seek surfaces that carry the weight of their own making—without the need for embellishment. qualification is based on professional practice, not preference. we do not accept speculative inquiries or those lacking a clear project context.

memo samples

memo samples are sent via courier, unframed and unmounted. they arrive in a flat package, wrapped in acid-free paper, and include a small card with material origin, finish, and care instructions. samples are not returned. they are intended for immediate use in a project or for archival reference. requests are processed within seven business days, subject to stock availability.

lead times

standard lead times are thirty days from order confirmation. this includes production, quality checks, and shipping. urgent requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the atelier. delays are rare but not impossible. we do not offer expedited shipping for samples or small quantities.

net-30 terms

approved trade partners are extended net-30 terms, contingent on a valid resale license and a signed agreement. payment must be received within thirty days of invoice date. late fees apply after the due date. we do not offer discounts for bulk purchases or early payment.

custom-print availability

custom-print options are available for specific projects, subject to material compatibility and approval. we do not produce prints on demand or for general sale. requests must include a detailed description of the intended use, scale, and any technical specifications. not all materials are suitable for printing.

parent relationship since 1996

we are part of a larger entity that has supplied the design trade since 1996. this means access to a curated archive of materials, real samples, and a dedicated point of contact for inquiries. we do not operate in isolation. our parent house ensures continuity, depth, and a commitment to the niche we serve. we are not a brand. we are a function within a larger framework.
