- LANDED (safe/committed): vendor-JS image recovery (rwltd.com {product}.js) → eyeball pile 167→22; ready 859 (587 exact + 272 vendor-confirmed), 0 reused images.
- CODY GATE: 3 real issues found, all fixed+verified — create.py idempotent write-back, dropped mis-keyed color_name tag, vendor-verified all 124 fuzzy matches; +403 fetch regression caught by verify-before-acting (urllib→curl).
- QUEUED (gated, Steve-run): rename.py (312 DWRW-210xxx→DWDQ-210xxx +tag strip), create.py (859 DRAFTs DWDQ-100xxx). pending-approval memo current.
- FINAL DTD: 5/5 SHIP (pause idle-on-gated). Cost ≈ $0.005 panel + $0 local.
- NEXT: cycle 2 = spec-metafield enrichment on create.py (safe, improves the not-yet-run gated deliverable) OR pause if Steve runs the gated scripts.

- LANDED (safe/committed): enriched create.py spec metafields 4->8, mapped against 177 LIVE metafield defs.
- BUG FIXED (verify-before-acting): prior create.py wrote custom.content as text but it's a product_reference -> would 422 every product. Rerouted to verified text-typed fields.
- CODY GATE: 3 real issues, all fixed+verified vs the live PDP read-chain (product-description-meta.liquid): care was a dead wire (custom.cleaning -> now specs.care); dropped specs.type (row removed 2026-07-16) + specs.end_use (no render, dup of Commercial tag); newline guard for single_line. Kept keys all confirmed in read-chain w/ correct type.
- FINAL DTD: 5/5 SHIP. Cost ~$0.006 panel + $0 local.
- NEXT: cycle 3 = QA preview grid of the 859 ready (image+title+specs) so Steve can eyeball batch quality before the gated create; then likely idle-on-gated.

## Cycle 3 — 2026-07-30
- LANDED (safe/committed): preview.html QA grid (859 ready + 22 held; image/title/sku/specs/tags; sort+density+search+held-only, localStorage). Sent to Steve.
- CODY GATE: 4 issues. #1 "rwltd 403" = PHANTOM (verified all imgs cdn.shopify.com/200, dropped w/ evidence). Fixed 3 real: <img lazy+onerror> (404->red card + perf), confidence sort was lexicographic->explicit rank map, search now covers town/colorway. Also fixed self-introduced %-format crash (width:100%) via token-replace.
- FINAL DTD: 5/5 SHIP + idle-on-gated. Cost ~$0.006 panel + $0 local.
- LOOP STATE: PAUSED idle-on-gated. High-value safe backlog exhausted across cycles 1-3. Only remaining work = the two Steve-gated live runs (rename.py 312, create.py 859). Resume when Steve runs a gated script or adds work.
