- national-media-seed.js (npm run pr:seed:national): 54 curated candidates —
national CRE publications, vertical trade media, regional business journals
(ACBJ + independents), industry-association media, national CRE PR agencies
- taxonomy: editorial + media-business role rules (editor/reporter/publisher/
assignment+newsletter editor/sponsored-content/ad-partnerships) -> editorial
& media_business departments, weighted for outreach priority
- website adapter: auto-detect submission/editorial-calendar/awards/events/
media-kit pages during verify-organization; thread new fields through
create()/update() and the verify handler
- honest-by-construction: orgs seeded as 'discovered'; verify pipeline fills
press pages, emails, editorial contacts from live sites (no fabricated data)
