<p>Arnie formed <b>Income Property Lending</b> in September 1995 as a division of the All Star Group,
and has since produced <b>hundreds of commercial real estate events</b> — including the annual
CRE & Lending Conference in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Three decades on, he's still the one
building the room where lenders, developers, brokers and attorneys do business.</p>
<p>Before IPL, Arnie was <b>Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending</b> at Pacific Thrift &
Loan, a principal of <b>United Commercial Credit Industries (UCCI)</b>, and spent <b>9 years</b> as
VP / Sales Manager at Foothill Thrift & Loan / Foothill Capital, where he trained and developed
the marketing staff.</p>
