+- VERIFY: 6/7 passed. M3 automation E2E FAILED — 1 JS error.
+- CATCH: console error = "Failed to load resource: 404" → root cause /favicon.ico returned 404 (no favicon route/file; browser auto-requests it).
+- FIX: added inline branded SVG favicon route in server.js (/favicon.ico + /favicon.svg → 200 image/svg+xml). pm2 restart. Verified favicon 200, console NO ERRORS.
