# RENTV Prospect List — Western U.S. CRE Advertisers & Sponsors

**Prepared for:** Steve Bloom (CEO), RENTV.com
**Scope:** Firms that *demonstrably pay* for CRE advertising/sponsorship across RENTV's western footprint — NorCal/Bay Area, San Diego, Arizona (Phoenix), Texas (Dallas–Houston–Austin), and the Pacific Northwest (Seattle/Portland). Companion national list is handled by a separate research pass; this file **prefers regional/western advertisers** who spend on CRE trade media (Bisnow, GlobeSt, Connect CRE, REBusinessOnline, The Registry SF, AZRE / AZ Big Media, DJC), sponsor CRE conferences (NAIOP chapters, Bisnow summits, The Registry / AZRE events), or run brokerage/listing ad campaigns.

## How to read this

Each row: **Company · Category · Western market(s) · Why they're a CRE advertiser (evidence) · Website · Public contact**. Ranked within each market by likelihood to buy RENTV ads. The strongest signal RENTV can act on is a firm that is a *repeat, verified sponsor of a rival regional CRE outlet* (e.g. Kidder Mathews sponsoring The Registry SF) — those are the warmest leads because they already believe in paid CRE media and RENTV is a direct, lower-cost western alternative.

### Verification notes / caveats
- The CRE trade-media sponsorship market is dominated by a repeating set of categories: **major/independent brokerages, industrial + office developers, capital-markets/debt shops, and title/escrow firms**. These are the four buckets that reliably cut checks and are weighted heaviest below.
- Where a specific "bought an ad in outlet X" line couldn't be pinned to a dated source, the evidence column states the *behavioral* proof (named CRE-media content partner, verified conference sponsor, award-program participant, or active event host) — all of which are strong buy-signals but should be confirmed by RENTV's sales rep on the call.
- Contacts listed are public/BD-facing where findable; otherwise the general corporate/marketing route is given. Individual emails should be verified before outreach.
