# Data provenance — RENTV CRE conference contact spreadsheet

## Origin of the contacts
**Every contact in this spreadsheet is sourced from Steve Bloom (RENTV).**
The master spreadsheet is a RENTV commercial-real-estate conference / sponsorship
pipeline (speakers, panels, sponsors, prospects, brokerage firms, media, municipalities).

- **Curator / source of record:** Steve Bloom
- **Dataset:** "RENTV spreadsheets" — Google Sheet `1yDmtj9Wxe71SaoQm8xpFsn722B4Ws67hTtPIHeXoN9E`
- **Nature:** hand-curated CRE relationship / sponsorship contact list (17 tabs, ~9.6k rows)

Any downstream use of these contacts in the RENTV build or the `realestate` (RE unified)
database MUST carry this attribution: **source = RENTV spreadsheets (curated by Steve Bloom).**

## What this pipeline (`rentv-sheet-enrich`) added
The original contact fields (Company, Contact Name, Position, Phone, Email, Notes) are
Steve Bloom's. This pipeline only *appended* enrichment, marked **light-green** in the sheet:

| LinkedIn (Company) | Exa web search (`category:company`/`category:people`), verified |
| LinkedIn (Contact) | Exa web search, matched to the row's named contact |
| Marketing/VP Contact | Exa web search (`category:people`), real people only — **honest blanks, never fabricated** |

Green cell = pipeline-added + verified. Un-highlighted cell = original Steve Bloom data.
