+# Data provenance — RENTV CRE conference contact spreadsheet
+
+## Origin of the contacts
+**Every contact in this spreadsheet is sourced from Steve Bloom (RENTV).**
+The master spreadsheet is a RENTV commercial-real-estate conference / sponsorship
+pipeline (speakers, panels, sponsors, prospects, brokerage firms, media, municipalities).
+
+- **Curator / source of record:** Steve Bloom
+- **Dataset:** "RENTV spreadsheets" — Google Sheet `1yDmtj9Wxe71SaoQm8xpFsn722B4Ws67hTtPIHeXoN9E`
+- **Nature:** hand-curated CRE relationship / sponsorship contact list (17 tabs, ~9.6k rows)
+
+Any downstream use of these contacts in the RENTV build or the `realestate` (RE unified)
+database MUST carry this attribution: **source = RENTV spreadsheets (curated by Steve Bloom).**

+## What this pipeline (`rentv-sheet-enrich`) added
+The original contact fields (Company, Contact Name, Position, Phone, Email, Notes) are
+Steve Bloom's. This pipeline only *appended* enrichment, marked **light-green** in the sheet:

+Green cell = pipeline-added + verified. Un-highlighted cell = original Steve Bloom data.
