Ports the rentv-v1 integration to the canonical client fork (DTD verdict A, 3/5): /api/la-commercial endpoint, pull-la-commercial.mjs, RENTV-styled la-commercial.html (nav adapted to rentv-website's real pages), nav link on home + markets. Verified local :9705: 9 assets + 20 rows + 12 firms, 0 errors, 0 stale nav links.
