- 00-full-site-walkthrough.mp4 re-rendered with Steve's ElevenLabs cloned voice, paced to the 51s narration
- videos.json now carries created_at per video; cards show a 🕓 date+time chip (admin-card rule)
- films re-copied with -p so masters show real production dates
