+1. **No false over-count.** The masterdot count (6) matches live exactly — the alert that filed TK-11951 was accurate. This validates the TK-11950 arm fix end-to-end.
+2. **3 of 6 tabs are genuinely, correctly Steve-owned right now** (TK-11942 paste, TK-11887 gated prod-nginx, ttys028 code-review to read). Two are opaque interactive sessions (ttys009, ttys000) whose asks I cannot read without typing into a live session (off-limits). One (TK-11946) is a DONE ticket whose only remainder is Steve restarting his own dotbar GUI.
+3. **The pile-up driver is the 3 ticketless tabs** (ttys009 / ttys028 / ttys000): "TK REQUIRED · NEEDS STEVE/GATED" carries zero context, so Steve can't triage at a glance. This is a hygiene gap in those *owning* sessions (a needs-Steve session should take a ticket so the ask is legible), not something this session can fix without stomping live interactive sessions.
