+# TK-10928 monitoring evidence addendum
+
+Captured 2026-09-03T16:27Z for correlation `codex-yf-20260903T1627Z-vpops-monitor`.
+
+This additive bundle preserves the original monitor report and exact inputs used to assess the blocked backup-canary incident. It does not identify `latest.json` as the immutable output of the 04:00 scheduler run: that file was updated at 07:37 PDT. The scheduler log slice is the preserved evidence for the 04:00 run; `latest.json` is a later canonical state sample.
+
+The ticketmaster snapshot is now preserved at `ticketmaster-latest.json`, not represented by a hash alone. The Designer-Wallcoverings worktree collision boundary is the eight paths in `designer-wallcoverings-dirty-paths.txt`; they were observed only and not modified. Writer checks remain point-in-time observations.
+
+Remediation is unchanged and Steve-gated: no history/ref rewrite, prune/GC, threshold change, scheduler/process action, production write, send, or external action was performed.
