+## DECISION 1 — reassign scope: 9 or 15?
+apply-residual.js hardcodes 9 BATCH-1 HIGH targets (DW Bespoke + Phillipe Romano). The plan classifies 15 HIGH.
+The 6 not in the applier are all: Missoni Wallpaper (3: Magic Garden, Chevronette, Iconic Shades Ombre) + Mind the Gap (3: Apodyterium, Exotic Fruit 2, Neon Kiss).
+YOUR CALL: (A) extend applier to all 15, or (B) keep 9, reassign Missoni/MtG separately.

+## DECISION 2 — transform coverage (was "108 non-DIG")
+65 bare DIG-<num> (no suffix), 3 lowercase Dig-, 40 the DIG-MOD-* family (e.g. DIG-MOD-108SAMPLE-Sample-25-gold-2x12).
