+**Verdict: SHIP IT — bounded evidence retention only.** No terminal fix, execution increment, or operational source completion earned.

+**The 3 holes that survived debate (ranked):**
+1. The forbidden extracted-guard replay is inadmissible. Keep its method failure visible and excluded from every acceptance tally; use independently inspected canonical guards instead.
+2. No terminal performance fix exists. The 9.917-microsecond repeat is a same-process cache observation; it establishes nothing about separate turn-end processes. The retained three split comparisons were slower, not proof that every possible optimization fails.
+3. Whole-cycle acceptance is still pending parent final DTD, durable copy, and ledger readback. This review cannot turn pending consumer evidence into completion.

+**The lazy shortcut you hoped we wouldn't notice:** “reviewer-readonly=worker-readonly” was a false premise, and “cached_repeat_seconds” is no cross-process recovery metric. Both are now explicitly bounded or superseded.
