# TK-10484 — Jeffrey Stevens hard-surface / peel-and-stick re-onboard — FINDINGS + PLAN

**yolo-w2 (yoloforever pass), 2026-08-17. $0 local (dw_unified reads + one host WebSearch).**
Supersedes the "5 products" framing in `tk10046-jeffrey-stevens-hardsurface-warmstart.md` with
ground-truth from the live `dw_unified` mirror.

## What changed vs the warm-start doc
- The doc's **5 DWAA stubs are GONE** — `DWAA-501980 / -504730 / -510230 (RPS6144-L) / -503150
  (Mercado floor tile) / -503140 (Roma floor tile)` are **not in `jeffrey_stevens_catalog` and
  not in the `shopify_products` mirror** (archived/replaced since 2026-08-12, as the doc predicted).
- BUT a **much larger real line is already staged**: **97 removable peel-and-stick products** in
  `jeffrey_stevens_catalog` (signal: name/tags match peel-and-stick / interlocking / floor-tile /
  eva-foam). Prefix split: DWAA 57, DWJS 36, DWWC 4 (2 of them malformed — see below).

## Source identified (the real unblocker)
- `RPS6144-L` "RuJardin l'Orange" = **NuWallpaper × RuPaul** → **NuWallpaper / WallPops are
  Brewster Wallcovering brands**. (WebSearch: brewsterwallcovering.com, amazon NuWallpaper listing.)
- The name-embedded code families — **AAS####, AES####, CBS####, CJ####, CJS####, RPS####** — are
  all NuWallpaper/WallPops (Brewster) peel-and-stick SKUs.
- **DW already accesses this vendor**: `brewster-scraper-manager` skill + Brewster/York trade
  account on the shared **yorkwall.com** trade portal. → cost is obtainable through an existing path;
  no new vendor onboarding needed.

## CONTRARIAN correction (do NOT do)
- The 7 `DWJS-13875..13881 "Ingrid Interlocking Geo"` are **interlocking-GEOMETRIC-pattern
  peel-and-stick WALLPAPER**, correctly `product_type='Wallcovering'`. They are **not** physical
  EVA-foam floor tiles. **No product_type reclass** — an automated `interlocking`→floor-tile
  reclass would corrupt these. The genuine EVA-foam floor tiles (Mercado/Roma) are the *absent*
  doc-stubs and would need FRESH Brewster sourcing if DW wants that hard-surface category at all.

## Re-onboard path (all writes GATED — see pending-approval memo)
1. Fix 2 malformed rows (`DWWC-undefined/null-PerRoll`, real codes AAS4882/AAS4883 in name).
2. Repair `mfr_sku` across the 97 from the name's leading code token (snapshot-first).
3. Pull cost from Brewster/NuWallpaper via the yorkwall.com portal (`brewster` skill) → retail =
   cost / 0.65 / 0.85 → write `price` / `price_retail`.
4. Mint sellable Shopify variants + activate (customer-facing → Steve-gated).
5. (Optional) fresh-source the Mercado/Roma EVA floor tiles from Brewster if the hard-surface
   floor category is wanted.

Nothing above was executed. `jeffrey_stevens_catalog` is Mac2-canonical, so every write is drafted
