# Remaining fleet preparation — TK-11438

Status: PARTIAL. No application changes or service restarts in this batch.

Original inventory: 218 entries = 217 files + one invalid directory entry.
Parent revalidated all 217 file hashes. Classification: 142 local CLI source
candidates, 11 local runtime configuration candidates, 30 unresolved, 18 remote
targets, 15 non-PostgreSQL/invalid entries, 2 fixture/unused literals. These are
file categories, not counts of independent running consumers. Fifty entries
are linked-worktree duplicates; normal CLI invocation/deployment is unproven.

Prepared 16 shared vendor-request module patches, plus Gracie's server fallback.
Each shared patch passes syntax and exact replacement/restore checks. All 80
host-selection cases pass; installed drivers pass 65 cases across 13 checkouts.
Three checkouts lack pg; no packages were installed. Gracie TCP/socket SELECTs
agree on role, database OID and server start; missing socket fails ENOENT.
Six current Gracie HTTP checks pass: health 200; products missing/invalid auth401
and valid auth200. Its catalog currently has a JSONL bundle; vendor requests
still use a separate PostgreSQL pool. No request endpoint was invoked.

Scheduler snapshot: 348 plists discovered, 345 parsed, 88 PG candidates;
3 parse failures, bounded/static/dynamic gaps remain. Parent checked 506 source
hashes; 13 had concurrent drift at preparation time, explicitly listed in
preparation-proof.json. Do not use stale snapshots as production rollout proof.
DTD: Codex and Qwen chose A; four unavailable/disabled. Adversarial review KEEP.

Next proposed rollout is GRACIE ONLY. The other 15 module patches are review
artifacts and are not authorized for application/restarts by this proposal.
See GRACIE-BATCH.md. Refresh hashes and effective/durable configuration before
any mutation, retain private backups, preserve auth and all email exclusions.

E2E status: preparation checks pass; live migration path NOT exercised.
Do not mark TK-11438 done or close PostgreSQL TCP. Completed showroom/PDL/Ken
batches must not be repeated. No emails, canonical writes, or remote pushes.
